We think that the Cabinet must be proposed by the president and not by other parties (maybe with the exception of the largest party), in order to avoid a chaotic situation in the Congress like to one we experienced between 4224 and 4226. Considering the failure of the first proposal by president Hemaragijin, is up to the PRRP to come out with a second and alterative Cabinet proposal.
