Details

Submitted by[?]: Hausu Serujaku-Rabuzubāgu

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 4233

Description[?]:

Be it decreed,

That the interregnum that followed the collapse of the usurper Elizabeth Genn has ended, therefore the Imperial Throne being no longer absent, the constitutional settlement of 4167 shall be considered in force from the passage of this affirmation by the house.

The constitutional settlement of 4167 have never been legally repealed, but merely overturned by usurpation and treachery, it is therefore decreed that the current Presidential system is illegal, and that all living Presidents shall upon complete restoration of the Imperial Constitution be stripped of any titles, honours and pensions that were granted upon them during the period in which the Imperial Constitution was not enforced.

We refer the House to the text of the original complete Imperial Constitution, that shall be attached to this affirmation.
