Message | We feel our citizens are able to distinguish true from false. Articles 1 & 2 might interfere with humorous programs, that provide entertainment for millions. Nudity is something that is widely accepted in Malivian culture. It won't poison any minds. Unacceptable. |

Message | How will the same standards imposed on international media as domestic media hinder humorous programs? Also, we agree our citizens can distinguish true from false, however the publication of false information in some cases cannot be distinguished as such. IE: Raja Flip Per'Finn dies!!! Is it true or is it false? To keep humourous and/or satirical programs, we can stipulate that such is permitted, yet patentedly false information is not. While nudity may be widely accepted, it does poison the minds of children and should fall under the same regulations concerning sexually explicit content. |

Message | what about tabloids? Are they meant to be satire or humourous? no. They are a catagory unto themselves yet we could not say they publish strictly the truth. |

Message | How does nudity poison anything? Nudity in a non sexually explicit way is just a body, nothing wrong with that. |

Message | Tabloids often publish rumors, and they are far from proven falsehoods in many cases. It's reasonable that articles published before the falsehoods were proven are also exempt from this law. |

Message | We agree with the SDP and have stipulated to that effect. As for nudity... why does the party that wishes to protect the Federation not agree to the fact nudity will not be broadcast during times when children will most likely see it? For generations Milivianese people have been frustrated with the explanation of sex, sexual organs, and gender roles to five year olds. Don't you think we should wait some time when the children grow up and more susceptible to understanding sex, etc.? As for what nudity means, if it is not in a sexually explicit way then why is it being shown? |
