| The Partidul Libertarian propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Confederația Noului Endralon, Kizenia și Kuzaki (New Endralon / Kizenia). HoG: decrease as the project of personal security has ended. This is enough money to keep the security of the cabinet members and the wages of 100.000 NED. Internal affaires: Decrease, the instability in the northern part of Tiania had ended and the building of the new headquarters is finished. Defence: The ministry of defence hereby starts the project of the updating of the national arms. Our current weapons are outdated and do not fit for this century. Other improvements include improved body armor (OOC:not as in futuristic iron man suits, just standart like the US army), new more grippy combat boots, better grenades with a bigger blast (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M67_grenade) and new gas masks (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M40_field_protective_mask). The government contracts the Condederate Defence Group to produce these weapons. This project will take around 5 years to complete. All the outdated weapons will be put into storage and, if requested, sold to allies. Infrastructure: Increase, more money available to support the infrastructure. Education (and culture): decrease, the schools are now all up to date. |

| Message | Mr. speaker, We agree with the UDN that defence spending is high but I want to assure them that this is not a permanent raise. The military equipment had to be updated and we have done it now. As for the alliance creation, at the moment the Confederation is a member of the Brahms Accord with 13 ratifiers, the Northern Council Treaty with 5 ratifiers and we have an alliance agreement with 3 other countries of which two of the strongest countries in terra. I think this is reason enough to say that we have an excellent alliance network. But, alliances aren't everything. While we might have an alliance with a country, they might betray us.
