| We live in a nation in which an individual can make decisions in their own lives by their own choice, the year of national service is a forced year in which certain individuals may not want to complete and it their basic rights that they don't need to do it. |

Old value:: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
Proposed: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
