| If passed, This Bill calls upon the Honourable Minister for Foreign Affairs, John Russell, to inform FIFA of the Governments decision to bid for the World Cup, to be hosted in Rutania, in 4240. This Bill will further, allocate the necessary funds from the budget, needed to construct & maintain "State of the Art" training and match-day facilities, in order to compete on a competitive level. If our Bid for host succeeds, this Bill will also authorize the spending of necessary funds needed to construct or upgrade Sporting and Transport facilities that will be vital for the Nation to cope if the World Cup was to happen in Rutania. |
