I prefer to look where the money is coming from. Education? Schools? Teachers? Infrastructure? Roads? Transport? I'd say that those budgets are too crucial to cut given that we do not have a massive deficit.

We think the private sector would do a far better job at managing all those things. Also this bill increases spending on health so I'd say that compensates for those cuts.

MessageOOC: Maybe suggest a feature that if spending is increased in an area it is shown in blue/green and if spending is reduced in an area the numbers should appear in red. Would make things simpler. I might suggest this on the forums.

This does not effect the private sector. It cuts public schools and infrastructure, it doesn't increase private school funding. The public-private system we have is not limited at either end. Both can be helpful without combating the other.
