A business owner has every right to fire striking workers just as they will be accountable to the consequences of it. This is in the same manner that workers do not require government permission to strike so why should employers have to seek permission? OOC: This is what I was actually proposing. |

Message | Strikes are necessary to ensure public order and worker's rights. We think that 'reasonable reasons' is a good option, however we do feel that a total ban would be absurd and immoral. Your reason for hating the WBRA basically equates to hating the workers. And hating the workers is hating the people. Alexander Feigenbaum Bundeskanzler LP Leader |

Message | So business owners are not people?. What about the owner who incurred the risk of starting a business in the first place and laboured long hours to get it off the ground? Gunter Weingartner NLP Leader |

Message | I would hope they respect their fellow people -- the workers. If they don't, then the workers will strike. That's the point. They don't just strike for fun. Alexander Feigenbaum Bundeskanzler LP Leader |
