Current: Extradition to nations with capital punishment or with cruel or inhumane treatment of suspects and convicts is not allowed.
Proposed: The law bars the government from extraditing anyone who is a citizen of the state.

Message | Mr Speaker, none strong country will ever allow their citizens to be extradited to another state. The State should be fierce, the state should protect their own citizens by any means necessary. If laws that our citizen broke in a other country, are also bidding here in our Republic, we can judge them by our own laws. If laws that our citizen broke in a other country, are not bidding here in our Republic, than we shall defend him and do not extradited him to be subject of foreign judiciary system.
