To combat this problem we propose that during times of conflict, which is unlikely, all adults upon completion of schooling should serve at least one term in the military. Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.

| Message | We believe that the an all volunteer military gives us the highest quality and the most motivated soldiers. If there was an imminent threatening situation then we may support conscription but that is not the case at the moment. We would most likely vote no on this proposal. |
