MessageI disagree with Articles 2 and 5. The government shall not interfere with freedom of religion, as long as that religion doesn't hurt anyone or infringe on the rights of others. And while I'm for local rights, I will not stand by while the local governments choose to beat their students. (I know it's not possible to make custom laws here but if we could I would support a discipline cap on local governments, such as they can set the discipline but they can only go so far, so we can protect the students.

MessageSorry again! The order switched since I wrote the messages. Just in case it switches again, I'm referring to the religion article and teacher discipline article.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
