| Honourable members of the Parlamento della Repubblica: We need to have a responsible WMD policy, especially as a leading and responsible nation. With international tensions running high, it is our job to protect as much citizens as we can, and it makes us devious and inhumane to use WMD in civil areas. Furthermore, if the current conflict mutates into a war, the moment WMD are used against civilians, the V! will do everything in its power to put the ones that did it to justice -from soldiers up to the top of the chain of command-.
