Bill: Whaling Ban Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Rubbish Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4247

Description[?]:

I believe that we should no longer let any whales be killed. I do not believe that local government should be solely responsible for the issue of whaling entirely because we should not allow any whale to be killed and we certainly shouldn't leave it up for chance.

MessageWhaling is important to some local economies. Efforts are being made to ensure that whale populations are maintained at proper levels. It is in the best interest of the whalers to ensure that the whale population is not depleted. Local governments have good regulations in place to protect the whale populations. There is no need for the Federal Government to get involved.
