| In this bill we introduce tarifs on nations that have tarifs on our goods. In doing so, we do not completely shut off trade to our country by taxing those who wish to import, but Encourage other counties to remove their tariffs on our goods, making it cheaper for us to export to them and cheaper for them to import to us.
