Message | While Dorvik is arguably better positioned to provide military assistance than Malivia, the DNA have failed to provide any evidence of a Dorvish willingness or intention to do so. Simply stating that a country could do something proves nothing. Until the DNA are able to provide a level of concrete assurance in the formal of a formal treaty or otherwise with Dorvik we will not endorse this proposal. Linus Köhler Leader of the FPD |

Message | Hang on a second. Let's ask the questions in the reverse. What have the Malivians ever done for us? Where is Malivia's willingness or intention to engage with Dundorf? What kind of "concrete assurance" has Malivia given to Dundorf? We do not recall any substantial diplomatic engagement from Malivia at all. By contrast, Dundorf has a formal treaty of friendship with Dorvik (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3667) and a general diplomatic relations treaty with Dorvik (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=2261). And representatives of Dorvik have periodically communicated with Dundorf at many points over the years. We support this proposal, because so far as we can see, Dorvik has simply been a more consistent partner with Dundorf than Malivia has. It would be a slap in the face to that long history of engagement to support Malivia where absolutely no reason to support Malivia has been given. - Svenja Klaußner, foreign affairs spokesperson for the Konservative Partei. |

Message | We thank the KP for providing just explanation for change. Having considered the arguments in favour of supporting Dorvik we will change our vote to yes. Torsten Winkler Leader of the FPD |
