| OOC: Greetings all, I wish to announce that NCP will be going inactive shortly(I have RL duties that must be attended to)...in that event I wish to transfer rights to maintain and modify/Invent/Rp with characters(such as Hwangje Dynasty) that I currently Operate to ICC...Naturally in the event of my Return to particracy, I reserve the right to reclaim my intellectual property from the designated stewart and as such the operations and RP rights and such that I am transferring to ICC will be returned to me if I so wish to reclaim. To smooth this transition over I wish to name IDP(User:KomaPowers) as the leader of the ICC Transition team and designated stewart of the Hwangje Royal Family. Royal family Tree is to be found here http://www.familyecho.com/?p=N02LY&c=mlldlemp5&f=507373304862281295 (all characters listed in this family tree are the intellectual property of their respective holders) I also wish to add an addendum that the character Wu Bingwen(and his siblings, descendants and mother Mi-Sun Hwangje) is to be transferred to Jien-Democrats(User:Liu-Che) in Yingdala(who will be notified immediately) in the event of his return-until then they are to be maintained strictly by ICC in the interim. Any non-inheriting lines of the royal families I currently own can be made public domain to be modified/enjoyed by the general public if the ICC so wishes as a kind of Common property of Dankuk/Dranland. The lines of Taeyang(a matrilineal Kyo line from Hwangje) and the male line descendants of Ye-Seo Hwangje(these are the Kyo royal line) are to be strictly not public domain and maintained strictly by ICC(though the right to maintain the dynasty can be transferred to another stewart)-succession is Male preference primogeniture for the title of Kyo emperor and descendants of Ye-Seo Hwangje, Female preference primogeniture(and only females can hold title) for the Taeyang title(a Kyo Shaman-Queen title basically) and descendants of Ye-seo Hwangje- Bryson Warwick's dynasty is up to IDP to decide the rules of succession naturally as the character Bryson Warwick is property of IDP(User:KomaPowers). The wife of Emperor Jizoku of Mikuni-Hulstria and her descendants are naturally the right of Hausu Serujaku-Rabuzubāgu to modify(User:Holy-molly) from this point forward.
