Free market should do his job here. TOC's should be privatized. Privatizing will be happening in 3 steps. 1.We allow private companies to establish themselves in regional operations at first 2. When step 1 is realized we will allow private companies alongside our publicly owned TOC. 3. Full privatization of TOC's. OOC: How are we going to RP the sale of a government owned company? |

Message | You are already going way to fast; we just need to allow for a market for train operating companies. But I will not support out right privatizing our public train operating company, it will actually just harm our people. Full privatization leads to huge cost increases; when this is not needed. We already have a fully made out train infrastructure and comfortable trains. In short, this is just a pet to the head of the rich by the right. It is simply incorrect. Erik S. Liga Fuhrer |

Message | Giving to much power to 1 entity,in this case the government, causes corruption. We think privatizing it while still regulating the market is the best solution. This protects the people and is avoiding corruption. Bastian Wolf Progressiv Liberale Partei. |

Message | None of my concerns were answered. The liberals are already planning full out privatization with this bill. All of the avoid response to this proposal was thought out just as well. Refusing us an answer only makes us more confident in our view on the matter, as there is no proper counter. Erik S. Logs Fuhrer |

Message | As a stepping stone to privatisation I would suggest starting with: 'Private companies operate regional TOC's. The national service is provided by a publicly owned, national TOC.' My only issue with breaking the public TOC into smaller private ones is with the potential for services that fail to interconnect efficiently. So long as this is addressed through regulation around this and things like service delivery etc. we see no reason not to support. |

Message | With respect to RP you might want to consider implementing your plan over several bills. e.g. 1) allowing private regional operators with a public national provider - this builds up a market 2) public and private national TOC's alongside one another 3) full privatisation The issue I think the Liga has with your bill, and I'll admit I feel the same, is that your description goes much further than your selected variable allows for. |

Message | We agree with NSL and FPD that the first bill was skipping some steps. Therefore we adjusted the bill. Ooc: I'm not very common on how a nationalized issue becomes private. That's probably why I was going to quick. Thanks for the help btw. But how are we going to RP the sale over the Public TOC? |

Message | OOC: RP out how it is sold off, but it wouldn't be sold off yet. This is just allowing the private TOC market. Also, this would likely be done by the transport minister, who ever this is. You may want to talk to the Freedom Party about getting to RP their transport minister to do that. |
