| Message | Provisional Amendment has been added by vote of the ruling party and 2/3 majority of current Government. As stated the previous Amendment for name change constituted the name be changed from the current format of the Imperial Monarchy rule to the new title granted by this Government, henceforth be called the Sovereign Republic of Seluciana. Provisional Amendment change to be proposed bill would be as follows: Amendment I: Name change would be changed from the previous proposed Sovereign Republic of Seluciana and remitted instead as the Sovereign Republic of Pontesia. The Provisional Amendment change would take effect immediately upon passing of this bill unless any opposition is voiced prior to the end of the vote.
