We, the Democratic Liberal Party of Kalistan propose the creation of a state-owned and state-funded Green Investment Bank.
The Green Investment will provide citizens with money for 'green' investments.
Green investments are
• Solar Panels / Solar farms
• Windmills / Wind farms
• Hydroelectric investments
• Other renewable energy investments (Nuclear not included)
The bank shall fund citizens with up anywhere of 14% to 57% of the cost.
