Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: June 4255

Description[?]:

"Article X- Every party in Congress shall be entitled to appoint a judge to the Baltusian Constitutional Court, with the Justice Minister appointing one further judge after an election. In cases where there is a tie on the Court, the case shall be reheard. If, upon the rehearing of a case, the verdict is tied, it shall be ruled to be the status quo."

Each party is now required to announce their justice to the Baltsian Constitutional Court. The Justice Minister should also appoint one further judge.

The current justices will serve until January 4260, hearing all cases filed prior to that election.

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval.

Random quote: "I worked at a factory owned by Germans, at coal pits owned by Frenchmen, and at a chemical plant owned by Belgians. There I discovered something about capitalists. They are all alike, whatever the nationality. All they wanted from me was the most work for the least money that kept me alive. So I became a communist." - Nikita Khrushchev
