Description[?]:
Honorable Assembly, The crime rate in Cobura is out of control. I mean, have you seen Tokundi? One of the towns there is called Rape Village. I shouldn't even need to say anything else. Long story short we need to stamp out crime. We have a five point plan to drop the crime rate to record lows. 1. The death penalty will be applied in cases of premeditated murder and aggravated rape, in addition to treason, terrorism, and crimes against mankind. 2. Extradition of all foreign criminals regardless of the laws of the home country. If you come here and commit a crime, we kick you out. No exceptions. 3. Anyone who dishonors the national flag shall be imprisoned for not less than two years. Anyone who does this is a republican and therefore probably engaged in other criminal activities. 4. The Vizier of Internal Affairs, at their discretion, may call in the military to assist civilian police forces. A state of emergency is not required. 5. A national DNA database of criminals and suspected criminals will allow the police forces of the Kingdoms to collaborate in apprehending offenders. Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
