MessageIn accordance with the standing values of the Republic and those values seen in the PPP. This government puts forward a bill that would remove the Government from the Healthcare Industry with regards to payment. Furthermore as part of this bill the following terms and conditions are hereby mandated as part of this bill and agreement.

-The creation of the Department of Healthcare Revenue Services (DHRS) which will govern all private hospitals and clinics on the pricing they are allowed to set for services and items used for those services.

- The Healthcare Regulation Committee which will be comprised of the CEO's of multiple Hospital's and Pharmaceutical companies and the Minister of Health and Social Services which work out pricing and payment plans for all citizens.

- All private firms are to follow the core concepts of the Healthcare system and abide by all mandates set fourth by international standards of health care services.

- Should a Hospital, Clinic, or Pharmaceutical company break any guidelines or mandate, or fail to provide adequate care to the citizens of the nation the Government has the right to fine the company, arrest those involved, and remove the companies license to do business within the nation.
