Message | States should deal with local matters. Education is certainly not a local matter. Nor is housing. We need a coherent housing policy otherwise we will get a lopsided population located more in some areas than others. The same can be argued about education. Farm sizes shouldn't be regulated by National or Local government at all. This discourages growth should any regulation be added. |
