| Honorable Assembly, It will hereby be resolved that this government will renegotiate Article IV, Section VII of the Treaty of Cezareo (Zardugal shall maintain a small peace-keeping force, consisting of no more than 600 troops, tasked to defend the territory and sovereignty of the Imperial Throne of the Augustans.) with the Respubliko de Zardugal. The Treaty was signed by an illegitimate government and the result has been the colonization of one of our great cities by the Zardic dogs. This will not be allowed to continue under this government.
