Message | We find an important issue with this proposal: it does not state how senators will be elected. Even though we respect the decision of the majority, we believe that a unicameral system is less bureaucreatic and efficient and that the current Congress can perform very well the functions that this proposal assigns to the Senate. This justifies our vote against this Constitutional reform. |

Message | OOC) we will make a procedure for electing senators. That was an error on my part. I personally think all states should get 20 senators equaling 100. Each states representives will be based on the congressional election results . Also I'll add that the Vice President will serve as the tiebreaker. Only when necessary the VP may vote. |
