The rationale for this legislation is simple. The infliction of physical pain is effective tool for punishment, deterrence and moral learning. It teaches people that actions have consequences. Message | You want to talk opportunism Metzger? Look at your presidents. They jumped from your ship to the KP/DNA ship then back to you all in the pursuit of the very power you gave them by endorsing their bid for office. My party, a newly reformed party with a set of goals and ideals of clear difference from the original FPD has chosen a path that aligns with parties of similar ideological interests. |
