| As my last deed as president of the current legislature, I recognize the Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni, and urge congress to join my decision. The decision takes place with immediate effect, yet can be overriden by a majority in congress. Thank you. Baltusia after the passage of this bill officially recognizes as an indipendent and sovereign nation the Federal Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Federal_Republic_of_Kalopia-Wantuni , also colloquially known as Eastern Kalopia.The presidency recognizes the fact that the people of the easternmost provinces of Kalopia-Wantuni decided indipendently and without constraint to not become part of the Union of Kalopian Revolutionary Socialist Vanguardships (which was formed by the westernmost provinces) as part of the Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation, to fund a real Democracy and not to fall under an oppressive regime: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=6616&p=115579#p115579 and http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7436&p=115438&hilit=referendum#p115438.
