We, the Minister of Defence, have instructed the Department of Defence and the Department of Science ad Technology, to investigate the posibility for the military to implement drones for certain operations.
The outcome of the investigation is that, though the research, development and construction of these devices would be an investment, that the long term benefits can not be ignored.

We will not support this bill in its current state. However, if there were room for compromise, we could agree with unarmed drones and UAVs used for reconnaissance only.
