| Message | The LOP only stated it's opposition to the bill, not specific policies within. The LOP cannot support a bill that limits/prohibits any civil liberties, that being the ability to marry who one wants and to express affection in public. We do not support the current policy on arranged marriages, and wish it too change. Moreover, the LOP would like The PCH to apologise for misquoting a statement and simply assuming our policy stance |
