Message | Despite the horrid action done by the Dundorfian government, we see this as a matter between Dorvik and Deltaria, and should not intervene in the Dorvish geopolitics, afterall they removed a tyrannt. |

Message | That is quite a remarkable stance by the FDP, given that the FDP has, in the recent past, taken direct action to get foreign actors to intervene in Dundorf's own domestic affairs. By contrast, this international condemnation treaty is very modest. It simply records what should undoubtedly be accepted: that it is not acceptable to go out and unilaterally kidnap foreign leaders, and that this behaviour should be condemned. We would support this bill. We also think that Dorvik's behaviour should cause us to reconsider our endorsement of Dorvik for Security Council Seat A. - Svenja Klaußner, foreign affairs spokesperson for the Konservative Partei. |

Message | Representatives, The actions were taken with consent of the Kalopian government, we did not act unilaterally. We had the support of members of the Thaller family who agreed to provide intelligence on the situation. From there, we reached out to the Kalopian government and they approved the operation. Malgus III had already been incapacitated as per Kalopian law; therefore he was no longer the head of government. Know full and well this operation was taken with full cooperation and consent from the Kalopian regime which itself had requested that Malgus be removed from the country due to his controversial and damning presence. For those sitting here condemning us, do remember that cooperation between two governments on matters of internal affairs did far from radical. We appreciate the soundness of the Dundorfian government during this time. We are interesed to see why the Conservative Party is so against this. Wilhelm Maria von Bahr, Foreign Minister of the Dorvish Republic |

Message | We thank Herr Bahr for his explanation on behalf of Dorvik. However, it is clear that Dorvik is not telling the whole story. Dorvik has only one justification for the kidnapping. The justification is that Thaller was not the head of state when the capture was announced: it had just cooperated with the "Kalopian government" to capture a private citizen. However, the only reason why Thaller was not the head of state was because he had gone "missing": http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7557&p=120629#p120653. Therefore, we must ask: was Dorvik involved in Thaller's disappearance? Dorvik has refused to say how and when Thaller was captured, or what role it had in Thaller's disappearance. In fact, Dorvik has hinted that it was involved: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=353&p=120623#p120623 Dorvik has therefore failed to rule out the significant possibility that: (1) it kidnapped (or helped to kidnap) Thaller when he was the head of state; (2) it held Thaller in captivity until he was no longer the head of state; and (3) it announced the capture of Thaller when he was no longer the head of state. There is only one person or entity who can rule out that possibility: Dorvik itself. It has refused to rule out this possibility. We conclude that there is probable cause to endorse the condemnation of Dorvik. - Svenja Klaußner, foreign affairs spokesperson for the Konservative Partei. [OOC: Just for clarification for the RP, the Konservative Partei is not part of the roleplayed "Thaller" dynasty / family.] |

Message | The Government believe that actions like the capture of Mr Thaler should not be "encouraged". However, the Cabinet also believe that a strong condemnation is a step too far, Heinz Joachim Bleitner Minister of Foreign Affairs |

Message | Members of the Dundorfian Reichstag, It is imperative that we condemn Dorvik for their illegal actions in Kidnapping Malgus Thaller. Isn't is suspicious that Malgus dissapeared shortly before his capture? I think its quite obvious what has taken place here. Dorvik clearly organised his dissapearence and arranged this with rogue members of the Kalopian Government and Rogue Members of the Thaller Family. Tamás Gergely Deltarian Minister for Foreign Affairs |
