Description[?]:
I believe that we should allow our elderly people some more time to enjoy retirement and do some more of the things they had always dreamed of. I hope that lowering the retirement age will give them more time to enjoy life at its fullest, at the youngest age possible. This Act would also open up new and innovative jobs for our younger people. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This his hippie-dippy economics like never seen before, the UGA is proposing foolishly lowering our retirement age so more people can enjoy not working and collecting benefits earlier, this is absurd. If anything the retirement age should be raised as lifespans continue to expand and people are living fuller lives later in life than ever. Retirement is supposed to be something you reach when you are physically to the point that you are unable to continue contributing to society like you did in your youth, these liberals would like to see our dynamic and robust nation grind to a halt from pure laziness all in the name of 'fun' and 'living to the fullest'. What ever happened to civic pride and doing all you can for your nation? I implore the Peoples Assembly to reject this nonsense! ---Prime Minister Royce Blood |
