| Congress, I am delighted to announce the Republicans plans for the budget this term. Recent tax reductions and spending revisions have allowed us to have an excellent budget surplus. We can now use this to increase funding in three crucial areas: Justice - additional courtrooms and judges. Health and Social Services- brand new hospitals and increased staff. Foreign Affairs - more aid for countries in need. So, the Baltusian Republican Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Baltusia.
