MessageSurely article 3 is too restrictive, but articles 1 and 2 are improvements to the status quo and there is a degree of control that needs to be exercised over exports of nonconventional weapons.

MessageWe disagree with Article 3. Of course the government is expected to be vigilant in who it sells to. But when it comes to private weapon companies, bearing in mind that all defence industry is privatised, the government should not get in the way of who a company can or cannot export to.
