Mitglieder des Reichstages,

I proudly present this investment program to your House. It is part of the Budget Investment Initiative. More roads and bridges will be build. Airports will be modernised by the state and the focus on energy will be changed to alternatives like sun, earth and waterenergy. Not an easy task but we will succeed.

MessageOnce again, the SED uses a whole lot of empty rhetoric but refuses to answer the very simple question that we have now asked three times. What happens in 3.5 years time when you have spent the surplus that took 20 years to accumulate?

Will you massively raise taxes, therefore forcing businesses to close? Will you massively cut public spending, therefore hurting the poorest members of society? Will you continue to run 100 billion DUM deficits, therefore saddling future generations with a massive debt?

- Alexandra Lubbers, finance spokesperson for the Konservative Partei.

Random quote: "The great economic, social and political scientist, Karlstein Metz, accurately predicted over 2,500 years ago that capitalism is doomed to destruction by its inherent weaknesses and contradictions, and must inevitably be replaced by a communist form of social, political and economic organisation." - Friedrich Pfeiffer, former Dorvish politician
