MessageMembers of Congress,

In the second round of the Presidential election the voters were faced with a choice between my party and a party who were opposed to our budget and they chose me, the budget and taxation proposals are not against the will of the people as article 2 states.

Additionally, in the first round of voting I as the Socialist Alliance candidate won the greatest number of votes out of any candidate, when we were the only parties to vote yes to the proposals.

Denver Hibbert
President of Baltusia

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action.
