| This is to protect consumer rights and to make the black sheeps in the industry more vissible. Every officially place where food is sold, should have a license to do so. We would like to establish an agency called National Food Control. This institution should has as assignment to issue license to and control vendors in Hobrazia, wether license is issued or not. The NFC should also have the power to collect abused licenses and close bussines with no license. Furthermore every licensed vendor will be issued with a control paper to hang in the shop so it is easily read. On this paper should be listed complaints and restrictions from the NFC. The paper should also consist of a smiley, to tell the public about the general status of the shop. The smileys should be as follow: :-) - Good :-] - Satisfying :-I - Ok :-[ - Unsatisfying :-( - Health risk When a shop receives a smiley saying unsatisfying or health risk, there will be called for improvements at the cost of the owner. Control with such vendors will be performed more often. Does a shop receive smileys like this 3 times, the NFC can close the shop. This bill will also secure the right of scouts and school classes etc. who want to hold a charity cake sale etc.. This kind of sale will be allowed without license, but must reassure the quality of what they are selling. It will also be allowed to sell vegetables and fruit at road stands, if other legaslation on this matter is followed. |
