A project launched by the following people: - Minister of Finance Nadina Delgado - Minister of Infrastructure Yeneko Cuellar - Minister of Industry Moira Chacon This project seeks the development of 4 of the fastest growing cities. All 3 are ports and these ports will be developed to an international capacity. 2 of them will also be home to new naval bases (requested by Minister of Defence) while the other 2 have theirs renovated.
