| This bill will establish the Federal District of Gadur as independent of the Federal State of Marligantos. The Federal District of Gadur shall remain the capital of the Federal Union and will replace the current City of Gadur and its environs. This bill will change the constitution and therefore requires a 2/3 majority. OOC: This capital city bill is a serious one.
