MessageWe do not feel that this will be difficult to implement, people with household incomes under a certain threshold will simply be able to apply for a free bus pass.

MessageWe would however be willing to alter the bill to subsidise all public transport if it continues to lack support, though I suspect that would make it more unpopular with most parties.
