| Due to the fact that the government have not made an acceptable cabinet which will be able to serve the Baltusian people, we the opposition to the current government will declare the government shutdown until a new cabinet deal has been reached. The shutdown will begin as soon as the bill passes and will last until a new cabinet deal has been reached or until the next election, whichever comes first. |

| Message | Congress, What a bizarre notion. The term 'government shutdown' has absolutely no clarification and thus we are left questioning whether this will be done by force or other such ways.
