Current: There shall be a minimum wage at a level that a full time worker on it can support a family of four without falling under the poverty line.

The Mordusian Central Bank was designed to act as a force to maintain healthy levels of inflation and restrict the exploitation of "money creation". Under the Banking Reform Act of 4246, the Mordusian Central Bank is forbidden to involve itself with private lending practices, it is there to inject cash into other banks (quantitative easing) in the event of financial or economic turmoil with approval from Congress and issue new currency (print money), which will be subject to government requests and congress approval.
