Under this proposal, the President will also chair the cabinet and ensure that the other parties in government are kept in check by the executive branch. |

| Message | We totally oppose this ridiculous bill. The HoS and HoG must act as counterbalances to each other. The HoS acts as a directly elected face of Dorvik for the world. They are the group diplomat and a force of national unity. The HoG acts as a chair of the cabinet to ensure efficiency at home. They are the leader of the Assembly, not Dorvik.
