MessageMembers of Congress,

What I believe the PLCA are getting at here is that it is immoral for drugs to be sold on the black market.

But, what they fail to recognise is that when the government has a monopoly on the recreational drug market, we will end up with extremely high prices, more civil servants than could fill Villita Stadium 10 times over and people addicted drugs paying extortionate amounts of money and resorting to the countereconomics of the black market.

this is gross exagerations, we are simply presenting this solution as we though it is immoral to make money of people addiction, further more, we know people prefer to take their drug from a legal market then athe black market when there is choice, Our option is to reduce the strengh of the drug and their impurity, making them safer for consommation. We only to open stores in baltusians cities.

Forward is over-estimating the size of the black-market and the cost of this reform.
