| Both the Chancellor and the Minister of Defence are in agreement. This was announced a long time ago. We won a great deal of seats. We believe the people want a nuclear arsenal. This will provide safety, and elevate Dorvik to great power and influence. Still, we recognise there may be debate and concern. We wish to discuss and vote on the general concept: if accepted, discussions on methods of gaining access to the arsenal or developing the arsenal can be discussed later. Thank you.
