Francesco del Grillo, Foreign Minister: "This bill asks for the ratification of the "Friendship, Economic and Cooperation Agreement between Istalia and Klavia Okeano". If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. The Kingdom of Klavia Okeano contacted us to establish such a treaty, offering also to Istalia the possibility to use a territory on its island, a key position from where monitoring all the traffic into the South Ocean and its closer seas. Istalia will grant to them access to our facilities in case of necessity or abroad mission and will grant defensive protection from military threat and assistance in case of natural disasters. Thank you" |
