Bill: BWA - Intellectual Advancement Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Burning Wall Assembly
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2191
Description[?]:
We need to improve our library system excessively so that Selucians can have access to as much intellectual literature and media as possible. This will improve life quality of the people as a whole and nurture a quick-witted society. If we start now, I estimate the system should be up and running by the turn of the 23rd century. |

Message | You missed the point: We won't need libraries anymore BECAUSE OF the internet Also, may I remind you this is a world wide game, and I guess you can't tell what's in my RLnations libraries without knowing my nation. (if you meant in libraries in Selucia: How do you know?) |

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that. |
