MessageThis bill is an important step towards reform, however it gives no attention to our treatment of prisoners of war. As our laws currently stand, the military can abuse any POW at will, with no legal sanctions. We propose that this bill be amended to include a provision to prevent the mistreatment of POWs according to international standards.

MessageI totally agree. I proposed Article 4 to help alleviate this problem. I will support any proposal you put forth to fix this situation.
