Article I.) Upon the Passage of this Bill the Aid Hutori Agency is hereby dissolved. Article II.) All Staff, funds, resources and material attached to Aid Hutori are transferred to the newly created Hutorian International Development Corporation. Article III.) The HIDC will utilize a set budget from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Trade and Industry and be headed by an Executive Director nominated and approved by the Minister of Trade and Industry. Article IV.) The HIDC will be a government Crown Corporation, though public shares will be allowed for private investment. Article V.) The HIDC will be responsible for the issuance of loans and grants to encourage development throughout Terra. |
