Article I.) WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION
Section 1.) All research and development of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons are to be strictly controlled and funded by the Ministry of Science & Technology.
Section 2.) Any ongoing research into WMDs needs to be disclosed to the National Senate by the Minister of Science & Technology in a closed Door Session.

We open this Bill for debate and encourage other parties to debate on this important Bill. In an increasingly dangerous world it would be foolish for us to not be able to study and understand Weapons of Mass Destruction and how we can possibly defend against them and we ask all Parties enter into this discussion with an open mind.
