MessageMr. Marshal,

I ask the right honorable members of the UWK, how on earth do they imagine functioning of the Sejm in the situation when over a third of it has decided to discontinue in the execution of their parliamentary mandate? Is it fear of another election? Or is there something we are unaware of? I would like to notice that if UWK will proceed disrespecting the democracy and parliamentary standards we will boycot this session of the parliament and that any decission made by this imapired Sejm will be void as uncostitutional and overturned by the next democratically elected Sejm. Therefore we ask the memebers of the UWK for a complex, and exhausting explanation of their decission to funcion within an impaired Sejm.

Robert Tomczyk,
Leader of the PKN.
